Season 6
The West Wing comes back with season 6 on 10-20-2004 with the episode named ‘NSF Thurmont’. Season begins when Josh is being questioned by Colin about his relationships with Donna. Donna is still in a critical condition in a hospital in Germany while she is recovering from surgery to remove a pulmonary embolism. Meanwhile, Palestinian leaders do decide to meet with the US and Israel to discuss a peaceful resolution to the pending conflict. While dealing with innumerous political conflicts and situations as usual, season 6 comes to an end on 4-6-2005 with the season finale entitled ‘2162 Votes’. Season ends at the Democratic national Convention when competition between Matt Santos with two other candidates is going for the precious 2,162 votes needed to choose a nominee who can successfully halt the apparently invulnerable Arnold Vinick political juggernaut come November. Bartlet discovers that he still have something to deal with.
